A water outlet is essential for maintaining the hygiene and efficiency of a tankless water purifier. Here’s why:
- Automatic Filter Flushing – When replacing filters, the system automatically flushes out any trapped impurities.
- Self-Cleaning Sterilization – Every 7 days, the purifier undergoes electrolysis sterilization to keep the internal water flow paths clean and bacteria-free.
- Stagnant Water Removal – If the purifier hasn’t been used for 5 hours, it performs a quick flush to clear any stagnant water, ensuring fresh, clean water every time.
About Maintenance
The Unikul Ultra Mini is designed for minimal maintenance, featuring self-cleaning technologies such as UV sterilization and electrolysis flow line cleaning. Only periodic filter replacements are required.
The filters typically last between 4 to 12 months, depending on usage. A filter replacement indicator will notify you when it’s time to replace them.
It’s recommended to replace the filters to maintain optimal water quality and purifier performance. Using the purifier with an expired filter may compromise water purity.
Replacing the filter is straightforward and can be done at home. Simply remove front panel. Pull out the filters and replace with new ones. The water purifier will automatically flush the new filters.

About Installation
✅ A nearby water source: Ideally, the purifier should be installed within 3 meters of a water point, such as under the sink, a washing machine tap, or a hand wash basin.
✅ A power socket: A power outlet should be available within 1.2 meters of the purifier for proper operation.
✅ Drilling space: Our technicians will drill two small 6mm (0.6cm) holes in your cabinet or countertop for the water inlet and outlet tubing. We can safely drill through various materials, including quartz, marble, solid surfaces, KompacPlus, stainless steel, and wood.
